根據(jù)永磁體的排列方式,海爾貝克陣列分為線性、弧形和環(huán)形三種類型。環(huán)形陣列依磁場(chǎng)工作面分為外徑型和內(nèi)徑型,涵蓋雙極、四極、六極、八極等多種配置。
環(huán)形海爾貝克陣列和線性海爾貝克陣列由若干磁體組成,每個(gè)陣列內(nèi)的磁體尺寸通常相同。環(huán)形陣列采用瓦形或梯形磁體,而線性陣列采用方形磁體。這些磁體具有不同的磁化方向,用于聚焦磁場(chǎng),也被稱為海爾貝克陣列磁體。通常,磁化方向差越小,陣列單元數(shù)量越多,磁路效率越高,輸出的磁場(chǎng)也就越強(qiáng)且越均勻。然而,磁化方向差越小,會(huì)帶來更高的磁體加工成本和陣列裝配成本。當(dāng)制造成本增長(zhǎng)超過磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度提升帶來的收益時(shí),就會(huì)出現(xiàn)收益遞減的臨界點(diǎn)。
